Preparation method
- Grind ginger, green chili, cumin seeds, coriander leaves into fine paste, keep it aside.
- Soak oats in hot water for 15 minutes. Then remove the water.
- Then take a bowl add idly batter ,salt, soda, chili paste, onions and mix it well then add oats and mix it again.
- Heat the pan add oil ,when the oil is heated make a round shape punukulu and fry it until golden brown color.
- You can serve with tomato ketch up or coconut chutney.
- This is very healthy and tasty snack.
