Preparation method
- Wash the moong dal and soak it for 1 hour. After 1 hour remove the water and keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil, when the oil is heated ,add black gram until red color, add mustard seeds, red chili, hinge fry it for one minute.
- Put the grated mango, soaked moong dal, red chilly, salt, turmeric into the grinder and grind it into a paste. After that add fried seasonings and grind it one more time.
- You can serve with hot plain rice with ghee.
