Mango pesara pappu chutney



Ingredients
Quantity
Grated mango
1
Moong dal (pesara pappu)
1 cup
Black gram (minapappu)
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 table spoon
Turmeric
Pinch
Red chilly

Salt
To taste
Oil
1 table spoon
Hinge
pinch

Preparation method

  1. Wash the moong dal and soak it for 1 hour. After 1 hour remove the water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan add oil, when the oil is heated ,add black gram until red color, add mustard seeds, red chili, hinge fry it for one minute.
  3. Put the grated mango, soaked moong dal, red chilly, salt, turmeric into the grinder and grind it into a paste. After that add fried seasonings and grind it one more time.
  4. You can serve with hot plain rice with ghee.
