Mango menthi baddalu









Ingredients
Quantity
Mango
1
Dry roast mustard, fenugreek powder
2 table spoon
Red chili powder
2 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Oil
4 table spoon
Hinge
¼ th spoon

Preparation method

     1.Wash the mango and cut into small pieces keep it aside.
     2.Take a bowl, add mango pieces, dry roast mustard, fenugreek powder, salt, red              chili powder stir it well.
     3.Heat the pan add oil, when the oil is heated add hinge, fry it 1 minute then add the            above mix  in the pickle.
     4.After one day this pickle will be very tasty
     5.You can serve with hot plain rice with oil.
