Preparation method
- Wash the onion and green chilly and cut into small pieces keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil and ghee to it when the oil is heated add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaves fry it for 2 minutes. Then add onions tomatoes, green chills, fry it for 3 minutes then add all mixed vegetables fry it for 3 minutes then add 2 glasses of water and add salt mix it well .When water starts boiling add vermicelli stir it well again and cover the lid 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove the lid and switch off the flame.
- You can serve with break fast
