Preparation method
- Wash the bitter guard and cut into round shapes and apply turmeric and salt and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes then squeezing it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add squeezing bitter guard fry it until red color then keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add cumin seeds, garlic paste and Dania jeera powder, fenugreek powder and add hinge fry it for 1 minute then switch off the flame.
- Take wide bowl add fried bitter guard pieces, salt, red chili powder, and fried seasonings mix it well. Finally add lemon juice mix it well
- You can serve it hot plain rice with oil.. .
