Black eyed beans curry







Ingredients
Quantity
Black eyed beans
½ cup
Whole moong dal
1 cup
Chopped onion
1 cup
Tomato puree
1 cup
Ginger garlic paste
1 table
Green chili
3
Salt
To taste
Dania powder
1 tea spoon
Oil
2 tble spoon
Butter
1 table spoon
Whole garam masala
1 table spoon
Coriander leaves
few

Preparation method

  1. Wash the beans and moong dal and soak it in water for 8 hours. Then cook it for 3 whistles. And keep it aside
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add whole garam masala (cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves)
  3. Fry it for 1 minute then add onions, and add salt fry it for 3 minutes then add turmeric, green chilly fry it for 1 minute then add tomato puree mix it and cook it for 5 minutes then add cooked dal mix it and add little bit of water and cook it for 10 minutes then add Dania powder and butter mix it well finally   garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. You can serve it with chapatti, polka, or Pori.
