Panasa pottu curry (Raw jack fruit )









Ingredients
Quantity
Raw jack fruit pottu (panasa pottu)
2 cups
Turmeric
Pinch
Chana dal
1 table spoon
Black gram
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 table spoon
Green chili
4
Red chili
5
Tamarind paste
1 table spoon
Curry leaves
Few
Mustard seeds powder
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Cashews
few

Preparation method        

  1. Wash the jack fruit powder wash it and   put it salt, turmeric and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes. Then remove the water and squeezing it.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add chana dal until fry red color then add black gram, mustard seeds, until fry then add green chilies, curry leaves, red chilies, fry it for 1 minute then add jack fruit pottu mix it well and add salt, tamarind paste mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame finally add mustard seeds powder mix it well. Then garnish with roasted cashews mix it well.
  3. You can serve it with hot plain rice with ghee very tasty and healthy.
