Chinese spinach pulusu (bachali kura pulusu)








Ingredients
Quantity
 Chopped Chinese spinach
2 cups
Tamarind juice
To taste
Jaggery
1 tea spoon
Hinge
Pinch
Turmeric
Pinch
Salt
To taste
Rice flour
2 table spoon
Green chili
4
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds
 1 tea spoon
Fenugreek seeds
1 tea spoon

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl add chopped spinach add water, and tamarind juice, salt green chili and jaggery mix it put it in the stove for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, hinge red chili powder fry it for 1 minute and mix it in the pulusu and  take a small bowl add rice flour and little bit of water mix and make a liquid and mix it into the pulusu and cook it for 5 more minutes. And switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve it with hot plain rice with oil very tasty and healthy.
