Preparation method
- Take a wide bowl add chopped spinach add water, and tamarind juice, salt green chili and jaggery mix it put it in the stove for 20 minutes.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, hinge red chili powder fry it for 1 minute and mix it in the pulusu and take a small bowl add rice flour and little bit of water mix and make a liquid and mix it into the pulusu and cook it for 5 more minutes. And switch off the flame.
- You can serve it with hot plain rice with oil very tasty and healthy.
