Preparation method
- Wash the wood apple and break it and peel the skin and keep it aside
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, fry it for 1 minute then add red chili, hinge until fry then switch off the flame
- Put the wood apple skin, green chili, red chili, salt, turmeric,jaggery grind it into a coarse paste then add fried seasoning, coriander leaves mix it and one more grind it.
- This is very tasty. You can serve it with hot plain rice .
