Gongura paneer paratha









Ingredients
Quantity
Red  sorrel leaves
1 bunch
Green chili
6
Garlic
5
Dania powder
1 tea spoon
Cumin powder
1 tea spoon
Fenugreek powder
1 tea spoon
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Wheat flour
2 cups
Salt
To taste
Butter or oil
To taste
Grated pannier
1 cup

Preparation method

  1. Wash the red sorrel leaves for 2 to 3 times then fry it for 5 minutes.
  2. Put the fried sorrel leaves green chili, garlic cloves, grind it smooth paste.
  3. Take a wide bowl add wheat flour, salt grind the paste, Dania powder cumin powder fenugreek powder red chili powder mix it a chapatti dough and prepare round shape balls keep it aside.
  4. Take a rolling pin and made prepare a round shape chapatti and stuff it grated pannier and prepare make a chapatti.
  5. Heat the chapatti pan and put it on the pan and apply oil when one side is done and turn it other side and apply oil after done the paratha then switch off the flame.
  6. You can serve it hot paratha with any curd chutney or gravy curry very tasty.
