Paneer mixed vegetable paulo






Ingredients

Basmati rice
2 cups
Mixed vegetables
1 cup
Green chili

Preparation method

  1. Wash the basmati rice and remove the water keep it aside.
  2. Mixed vegetables (potato, carrot, beans, green peas, cauliflower)
  3. Wash the vegetables and cut into medium size pieces keep it aside. And onions and green chili cut into long slices keep it aside.
  4. Whole garam masala (cinnamon stick cardamom, cloves bay leaves, anasapuvvu, jajikaya, japatri)
  5. Heat the pan add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute then grind it  powder keep it aside.
  6. Heat the pressure cooker add 2 table spoon of oil and add 2 table spoon butter to fry then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 1 minute then add onions, green chili fry it for 3 minutes then add mixed vegetables fry it for 5 minutes then add tomatoes fry it for 1 minute then add turmeric, salt and add grind the masala powder mix it and add 3 glass of water to it . When the water is boiled and add basmati rice mix it well and cover to lid and cook it for 1 whistle. Then switch off the flame.
  7. Finally add fried paneer, and garnish with mint leaves.
  8. you can serve it with hot and onion raita or any gravy curry.
