Preparation method
- Wash the cluster beans and peel it pieces after grind a coarse paste.
- Onions cut into long slices, keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry it for 1 minute then add curry leaves until fry then add beans paste fry it for 5 minutes and cover the lid. After remove the lid add onions salt stir it well and fry it for 5 minutes then add red chili powder mix it and fry it for 3 more minutes. And switch off the flame.
- You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti.
