Preparation method
- Wash the red sorrel leaves for 2 to 3 times and keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add onions until fry then add garlic cloves, green chili red sorrel leaves fry it for 4 minutes then switch off the flame.
- Let it cool down grind it smooth paste.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add cumin seeds, fry then add onions, curry leaves salt, turmeric mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes then add Dania powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, fenugreek powder mix it well and fry it for 1 minute then add little bit of water and cook it for 1 minute then add grind the paste mix it well and cook it for 5 more minutes then add fried pannier mix it well and cook it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.
- You can serve it chapatti or biryani..
