preparation method
- Soak it moong dal in water for 1 to 2 hours. Then remove the water keep it aside.
- Put the moong dal, and add yam pieces, red chili, and cumin seeds salt and grind it into a dosa batter.
- Then take the dosa pan and you prepare make yam dosa and add 1 spoon of oil to it. Once side is done you turn it another side.
- You can serve it with hot plain rice. This dosa is Very tasty and healthy.
