Yam dosa (kanda attu)







Ingredients
Quantity
Yam pieces  (kanda)
2 cups
Moong dal (pesarapappu)
1 cup
Red chili
5
Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Oil
2 table spoon

preparation method 


  1. Soak it moong dal in water for 1 to 2 hours. Then remove the water keep it aside.
  2. Put the moong dal, and add yam pieces, red chili, and cumin seeds salt and grind it into a dosa batter.
  3. Then take the dosa pan and you prepare make yam dosa and add 1 spoon of oil to it.  Once side is done you turn it another side.
  4. You can serve it with hot plain rice. This dosa is Very tasty and healthy.
