Kanda vada (yam)











Ingredients
Quantity
Chopped yam pieces
1 cup
Red chili
5
Rice flour
2 to 3 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Chopped onion
1 cup
Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Oil
To deep fry

Preparation method

  1. Put the yam pieces, salt, cumin seeds grind it into a paste. Then add rice flour, chopped onions mix it well.
  2. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add prepare vada and put it in the oil slowly on medium fry. Then fry it in red color and transfer it to tissue.
  3. You can serve it with hot plain rice or snack. This vada is very tasty and healthy.
  4. You can serve it with Sambar rice. It is very tasty.
