Preparation method
- Wash the yam and chopped Chinese spinach for 2 to 3 times then put it in the pressure cooker, and salt turmeric 2 cup s water and cook it for 3 whistles.
- Then remove the water and mash it keep it aside
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Chana dal,until fry red color then add black gram mustard seeds fry it for 1 minute then add green chili, curry leaves, red chili powder fry it for 1 minute then add mash the curry mix it and salt turmeric tamarind paste stir it well and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame. Finally add mustard seeds powder mix it well
- You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti very tasty and healthy curry.,.
