Bottle guard tomato curd chutney









Ingredients
Quantity
Chopped bottle guard (anapakaya)
1 cup
Chopped tomato
1 cup
Green chili coriander leaves paste
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Red chili powder
 1 tea spoon
Beaten curd
2 cups
Grated carrot
 2 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Oil
2 table spoon
Fenugreek powder
½ tea spoon

Preparation method

Wash the chopped bottle guard and turmeric, salt and cook it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame. And squeezing keep it aside.
Heat the pan  add oil to fry, then add tomatoes and cook it for 3 minutes then transfer to bowl
The same pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek powder, and hinge red chili powder fry it for 1 minute then switch off the flame.
Take a wide bowl add beaten curd, salt green chili paste turmeric mix it well then add bottle guard and cooked tomato  and add grated carrot mix it well finally add fried seasoning mix it well
You can serve it with hot plain rice or  paratha.
