Preparation method
- Wash the Chinese spinach 2 to3 times and then put it into the pressure cooker with tour dal and add 2 cups of water and cook it for 3 whistles and keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Chana dal until fry red color then add black gram, mustard seeds, cumin seeds fry it for 1 minute then add green chili, red chili powder, hinge fry it for 1 minute then add mix to pappu and add salt mix it well and cook I for 5 more minutes
- Then switch off the flame. You can serve it with hot plain rice with ghee.
- Very tasty and healthy dal...
