coriander, mint paratha









Ingredients
Quantity
Wheat flour
1 cup
Mint leaves
1 bunch
Coriander leaves
1 bunch
Green chili
4
Ginger
1 inch
Salt
To taste
Cumin seeds
1 tea spoon
Oil
To taste

Preparation method

  1. Put the all ingredients and grind it into a coarse paste.
  2. Take a wide bowl, add wheat flour and grind the paste and add 1 table spoon oil mix it and make it into chapatti dough. And make it into round shape balls keep it aside.
  3. Heat the chapatti pan and prepare round shape parathas and put it on the chapatti pan and apply oil when one side done the paratha and turn to  the other side and apply oil after done with the the paratha then switch off the flame.
  4. You can serve it with hot paratha and any curd chutney or gravy curry.
